I was in the midst of testing and learning – working to determine which tactics works best for a particular client on Facebook. I quickly discovered that there was a huge opportunity to make videos available, but I wasn’t quite confident about the effectiveness as it relates to a specific brand. Surprisingly, I discovered that consumers are engaging with videos across multiple platforms and doing so at a very high rate. We should not underestimate the power of visual messaging.
